Our Products

At Cornerstone Technology Systems, we don't sell software — we solve problems. Every module in our platform was designed by corrections professionals who understand the daily realities of running a county jail. Each product connects to a shared ecosystem, meaning your data flows where it needs to without duplicate entry, manual exports, or third-party integrations. Start with one. Add more when you're ready. They all speak the same language from day one.

Personnel Management

Your people are the foundation of your operation — your technology should treat them that way. Our Personnel module is the identity backbone of the entire Cornerstone platform. Every employee record lives here: credentials, rank, department, certifications, scheduling, leave balances, performance evaluations, and disciplinary history. When a staff member is hired, promoted, transferred, or separated, that change ripples across every connected module instantly. No duplicate accounts. No stale access. No gaps. Personnel supports 12 leave types, structured onboarding and offboarding workflows, equipment tracking, training compliance monitoring, and a full electronic jacket with over a dozen sections per employee. It also serves as the identity provider for the entire ecosystem — one login, one profile, one source of truth for who your people are and what they're authorized to do.

Jail Management System

The center of gravity for your facility. Our Jail Management module is the authoritative source for every inmate record in your operation — booking, intake, housing, custody status, holds, and release. Every other module in the platform reads from it. When classification scores update, housing recommendations adjust. When a court disposition lands, the jail record reflects it immediately. No batch syncs, no overnight imports, no manual reconciliation. The system was designed for the pace of county intake — fast-moving, high-volume, and unforgiving of data entry errors. Search, sort, and manage your population from a single dashboard built for corrections officers, not database administrators.

Classification & Risk Assessment

Objective, defensible, and fully auditable. Our Classification module delivers structured intake screening, expanded risk assessment across five scoring domains with 19 evaluation questions, and a housing compatibility engine that recommends placements based on real data — not gut instinct. The system supports 12 override types for situations where professional judgment is necessary, and every override is logged with justification. Reclassification triggers are built in, so you're never relying on a manual calendar reminder to reassess an inmate's status. A full electronic health record chart with 15 sections is embedded directly into the inmate profile, and eight standardized officer forms keep your documentation consistent across shifts and staff.

Court Coordination

Keeping your facility in sync with the courts has always been one of the most painful parts of jail operations. Our Court module eliminates the gap. It covers the full case lifecycle — from draft filing through disposition, closure, and expungement — with structured hearing workflows, a bond and remand engine that automatically reflects custody impact, and a warrant lifecycle tracker. Transport coordination is built in, not bolted on. Disposition packages transmit directly to the jail module with acknowledgment tracking so nothing falls through the cracks. Nine operational queues keep court liaisons, transport officers, and command staff aligned on what's happening, what's pending, and what needs attention right now.

Incident Reporting

Every incident tells a story. Our Reporting module makes sure that story is captured completely, routed correctly, and retained properly. The system supports 19 report type forms covering everything from use-of-force to medical emergencies to inmate grievances. A routing engine with 10 configurable actions ensures each report reaches the right reviewer through the right chain of command. Supervisors work from structured review checklists — not free-text approvals — so quality stays consistent. Supplements, follow-ups, and evidence chain-of-custody documentation are built into every report lifecycle. The module also handles BAD compliance filings, retention and archive policies, and a full notification center so nothing sits unreviewed. Advanced search with saved views and export options lets command staff pull exactly the data they need for audits, litigation, or operational review.

How It All Connects

Every module listed above shares the same user identity system, the same four-tier role structure, and the same data layer. Personnel is always the identity provider — no module maintains its own user directory. The Jail Management module is always authoritative for inmate data — no module independently owns the inmate record. When you add a module, it syncs with your existing ecosystem on activation. When you configure a workflow, that configuration respects your facility's policies, not ours. This is not a collection of products duct-taped together. It is a single platform, built as one, sold as one, supported as one.
